The Ramstead team is the greatest. I have never encountered a group of realtors that go that extra mile as much as these guys do. I had an extended long term Realty experience with them and have known Jamie Ramstead for 15 years and I wouldn't deal with anyone else. I would not trust anyone else.

On Friday we closed escrow and got the keys to our very first house!! To say we are excited is an understate-ment. We knew we wanted to buy a house before our baby was born, and I think we really cut it close to the wire (I am due in a week and a half) We could not have done it so quickly without the amazing Team Ramstead at Keller Williams and James Rothschild at Prospect Mortgage. From the day our offer was accept-ed to today was only 3 weeks!! They really made things happen to ensure we would be in before my due date.
